At Age 46, I was 5'7 and 237 Pounds. If you'd told me I'd be hiking the Sugarloaf Mountain Trail in Boulder in 6 months, I wouldn't have believed you. But I did that yesterday!

When my husband and I were younger, we planned to move to Boulder. We love the great outdoors and had always dreamed of living so close to hiking trails that we could go every weekend!

But I ruined our plans.

After all, I've given birth to 3 beautiful children, and each one added about 20 to my overall size. After every birth, I felt heavier and more tired.

Looking in the mirror filled me with disgust and shame.

It didn't help that I love delicious food. But when you're 46 years old, healthy food isn't exactly your priority.

My grandchildren didn't want me to play because they knew I couldn't keep up, and it was boring for them.

My friends didn't invite me to do anything fun because I couldn't even walk 20 steps without panting.

My husband hiked alone because he'd have to ask other hikers to help get me back home.

The worst part is that I saw it when he looked at me. I know he loved me, but I looked nothing like the woman he fell in love with. And I couldn't blame him.

One day, it all changed...

While sitting on a park bench a friend called and mentioned she had dropped 3 dress sizes doing a "6-Second Morning Ritual" daily, but I was skeptical!

Then, I saw a story on my news feed about a woman a bit older than me who lost over 100 pounds with the same "6-Second Morning Ritual."

I knew then and there this is for me.

But just to be sure, I set up a video call with my doctor.

I shared the "6-Second Morning Ritual" with him, and he assured me it looked like a great option for me to try.

The results were remarkable!

Today

My waistline shrunk

The big ugly number dramatically declined

I had more energy

I could even fit into my pre-birth jeans

I had more of an appetite

The crazy part is that I ate whatever I wanted and still lost flab, thanks to this "6-Second Morning Ritual."

I no longer feel like the person who sits on the sidelines while life passes her by.

Enjoying the outdoors is my new favorite activity. When I do decide to stay home, it's because I want to spend quality time with my husband...

Today, I am not just lighter but healthier, happier, and more motivated than ever.
